Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of guest services principles and culinary knowledge is advantageous.
Basic maths skills for handling bills and processing payments accurately.
Familiarity with food safety regulations is beneficial.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
