CWTSatoTravel is seeking a Travel Experience Counselor I responsible for executing travel arrangements within CWT and client guidelines, ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
1. Creating domestic reservations for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation.
2. Creating international itineraries to major international destinations.
3. Advising clients on international travel requirements such as visas, passports, and immunizations.
4. Supporting one or more accounts.
5. Resolving typical travel-related problems.
6. Operating within detailed procedures with minimal supervision.
7. Interacting with travelers or travel arrangers, providing first-level support for customer service and technical issues.
8. Using CWT preferred vendors to maximize profit and ensure compliance with travel policies, utilizing online resources as needed.
9. Delivering customer service following CWT standards, including proper etiquette and escalation procedures.
10. Building Passenger Name Records and ensuring accuracy, productivity, and attendance as per company standards.
11. Attending staff and training meetings for industry updates and procedural changes.
12. Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues to foster a cooperative work environment.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience & Education:
* Customer Service or Call Center experience, or equivalent travel counselor experience.
* Knowledge of reservation systems and industry standards; reservation skills for domestic and international travel preferred.
* Sabre experience preferred; training will be provided.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
* Ability to meet and maintain performance standards.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
