Job Overview
Marketing Specialist – Cardiff, UK (Job ID: 48255). The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager – PACS Europe in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth across Europe. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role covers the full marketing mix, including above-and-below-the-line marketing and digital activation. It will collaborate closely with central marketing, product teams, and regional sales to help drive key marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Europe.
* Collaborate with central marketing, product, and regional sales teams.
* Drive key marketing initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage campaign mix and digital activation activities.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a marketing-related role, preferably with B2B marketing or technology/security.
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or a related field (equivalent education plus experience acceptable).
* Strong campaign management and digital marketing skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, Marketo, CMS, analytics and business-intelligence tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of additional European languages desirable.
* Strong organisational, teamwork, attention-to-detail and time-management skills.
Work Requirements
* Cardiff-based hybrid role – expected to be in the office two days a week.
* Travel, including international travel, may be required.
* Must be able to obtain a valid passport; a valid driving licence is preferable.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
