Job Title: Reception Services Assistant
Salary: £16.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time - Tues / Wednesday / Thursday - (8.30am - 4.30pm)

The individual who successfully steps into this role will become a pivotal part of our team. Their contribution will be crucial in the effective organisation and delivery of the Reception Team’s responsibilities. Their duties will encompass the three pillars of our service ethos: Safety, Security, and Service.
Job Opportunity
• Acknowledge and check in visitors upon arrival, ensuring the correct process is followed in regards to verification and access control such as identification verification and keeping track of visitors to the stadium
• Responsible for administration services – booking guests in, booking meetings, responding to emails, document support, travel arrangements and bookings etc.
• Answering telephone enquiries, routing calls as appropriate
• Provide support, guidance & information to all staff, visitors & contractors whilst ensuring the safeguarding of the premises
• Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed. Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices to supervisor/manager. Report and record all accidents in accordance with the Assignment Instructions
• To carry out stock checks and ordering of equipment necessary to the role.
• Assist with the accreditation operation for non-event days to ensure visitors are signed into the stadium appropriately. Assist with queries for Event day accreditation directing questions to the appropriate department champions.
• Develop a sound understanding of team systems/tools so they can be utilised to improve Team efficiencies and compliance these include but not limited to Visitor access systems, room booking management systems and the telephone systems.
• Support the updating/maintenance of Team policies/procedures.
• Develop, enhance & maintain the departmental filing/document management systems (electronic and physical) and update template documents as required.
• Other ad-hoc support and administration as required.
• Executes additional tasks as required to meet changing priorities
Essential Skills
• Must have previous experience working in a similar role in high-profile/high-footfall environments.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documents supporting any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education.
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a helpful, willing and “can do” attitude.
