As an Assistant Team Leader in our First Response Team, youll be the right hand to our Team Leader, motivating a brilliant crew, smashing targets, and driving improvements every day. Youll help manage claims processes, coach the team to greatness, and make sure our customers get world-class service.
Youll get stuck in, lead by example, and help shape the future of how we do things. One day you might be running daily claim reviews, the next spotting training needs, and the next helping with interviews or projects that make the whole business better.
Were looking for someone who is:
A natural leader with people-management experience
Calm, confident, and commercially savvy
Organised, detail-focused, and happy juggling priorities
Ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
Brilliant with communication (and not afraid to think outside the box!)
Experience in claims, automotive or insurance? Great! But if youve got the leadership skills and a drive to learn, were excited to meet you.
