Job Role:
1. Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons for children with complex learning needs, including Autism, Down's Syndrome, Communication Impairments, and Physical Disabilities.
2. Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils, supported by skilled teaching assistants.
3. Working closely with the wider school team to implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans.
4. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports communication, independence, and social development.
5. Making learning engaging and interactive, fostering a belief that school should be a special place for every child.
6. Contributing to the wider school community and adopting a whole-child approach to education.
