We are seeking a driven Luggage Supervisor to join the Claridges Concierge team.

Claridges has a famous all-day dining and Afternoon Tea restaurant the Foyer & Reading Room, LEpicerie that offers a culinary theatre of the kitchen, and three bars: Claridges Bar, the intimate Fumoir and effortlessly elegant Painters Room.
As a Luggage Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the work and efficiency of the luggage porters in order to maintain standards and training within the team.
Ensuring that guest's luggage is placed swiftly and carefully into the appropriate room after arrival or removed from rooms on departure to the luggage room.Handling luggage and other guest properties with care and efficiency
Loading and unloading luggage from vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Recording and time in the appropriate departure and arrival log books all luggage movements and number of pieces at all times
Ensuring that all Luggage Porters have the resources required to perform their duties for the day.
Ensuring that you know the name, location and time of functions taking place in banqueting prior to commencing your duties
Labelling and marking up guest newspapers as directed for delivering to guest rooms in the prescribed manner
Successful candidates for the role of Luggage Supervisor will demonstrate:
