As the Hydrogen Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing new commercial opportunities across the UK’s green hydrogen market. From driving short-term revenue through direct sales to building long-term client partnerships, this role is central to the company’s growth trajectory.
You’ll work directly with key internal stakeholders and external clients across sectors, blending technical insight with commercial strategy to help organisations transition to cleaner energy solutions.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including emerging markets, partnerships, and client pipelines
Build and execute strategic sales plans to target hydrogen mobility and merchant sectors
Develop commercial models and solutions that meet client needs and drive uptake
Lead sales conversations, negotiate terms, and close deals
Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to support project delivery
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within hydrogen, industrial gases, or related energy sectors
Ability to think strategically and translate commercial opportunities into action
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
Understanding of hydrogen infrastructure, mobility applications, or low-carbon energy policy
