The successful candidate will be required to: •Ensure the smooth running of the building including heating, plant equipment and maintenance of security •Undertake general caretaking and maintenance duties, e.g. changing lightbulbs, repairing and replacing items around school •Ensure internal and external areas remain tidy and safe including during inclement weather. •Advise and collaborate with the Headteacher to develop and improve internal and external areas of the school site.
