Service Care Solutions are currently seeking a Solicitor, or a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify this year, to join a Land & Rural Business team – one of the largest and most respected in Scotland. The team is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK .This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with an interest in rural affairs to become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team working at the heart of Scotland’s land and agricultural sector.
Provide legal advice on a broad spectrum of rural and agricultural property matters
Draft and negotiate legal documents and manage transactions from instruction to completion
Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, such as Private Client, Planning, and Corporate
Newly Qualified to 3 years’ PQE in property law (rural or agricultural property experience is an advantage, but not essential)
