We are looking for a Governor Officer Clerk to work within a well-established team on a casual basis, working on behalf of the Local Authority as part of a traded service. The main duties of the post comprise: undertaking the principal duties of a clerk, clerking meetings and providing legislative guidance and advice on Governors’ roles and responsibilities. If you have the following skills and experience, we would like to hear from you: Proven track record of successfully clerking governing bodies, and meeting rigorous deadlines Good interpersonal skills The ability to influence and inspire confidence The ability to work flexibly This role will need you to be prepared to travel to schools for Governing Boards meetings and work in the evenings, as and when required.
