Were looking for a GBS Finance Change Manager to join our team on a 12 -month contract. This role is based in London or Derby and is a hybrid model primarily working remotely. Job Description - The Role The Finance Change Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation of Rolls-Royces Finance services, as delivered by Rolls Royce G roup Business Services (GBS). This is a dedicated change management position focused on enabling the F i nance function to successfully adopt new systems, processes, and new ways of working. As part of a large-scale transformation programme, the role involves designing and delivering change management roadm ap, engaging stakeholders across all levels, and driving the adoption of new ways of working including the integration of technologies such as Blackline (finance automation) and ServiceNow. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, proven stakeholder management capabilities, and experience operating within large complex, multinational environments. As a GBS Finance Change Manager, you will: Design and execute change roadmaps to support finance transformation projects. Identify, map, analyse, and engage stakeholders, building trust and ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working. Partner with IT and business teams to embed process and technology training and changes across finance functions (record-to-report, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, etc.). Deliver engagement activities such as workshops, interviews, listening sessions, and feedback loops. Support training integration and assess readiness activities for new systems. Track adoption progress, measure success, and implement tactics to make change sustainable. What we require from the candidate: Proven experience as a dedicated Change Manager/Change Lead. Experience working on large-scale global transformation programmes in complex organisations (FTSE100 or multinational level experienced ). Background in G lobal B usiness S ervices, Shared Services, or Finance Transformation environments. Solid understanding of finance processes (e.g. R ecord-to- R eport, A ccounts P ayable, A ccounts R eceivable, F ixed A ssets). Familiarity/certification of recognised change methodologies ( Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey, etc.). High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
