Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Leeds Commercial Professional Consultancy teams, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator. Resonsibilities:
1. Team finacial support: Wip sheet reconciliation, expenses, invoices, referral support
2. Minute taking for weekly team meetings
3. Compose correspondence: audio, typing, lettes, memos, desing documents, newsletters
4. Answer emails and requests for information
5. Maintain teams schedules through diary support, al meeting room bookings and conference calls
6. Board management meetings, minites and followups
7. IT liason: troubleshoot system errors for the team
8. Corporate travel arrangments: organising team meetings and conferences, strategy away days etc
9. Working collaboratively with the Leeds Business Support network to ensure best practice.
Key Experience Required:
10. 1 year+ experience in similar administrative position
11. Property experience ideal but not nesessary
12. Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suit
13. Team player
