Key Responsibilities As the Clinic Administrator, you will report to the Head Nurse and focus on various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Tasks will include: Prepare and execute weekly banking tasks including cash deposits, debt chasing and preparing and administrating refunds to clients. Petty cash management and till balancing. Control account management and investigate banking differences alongside the Head Nurse and the Finance team. Stock ordering for clinic office supplies and marketing materials for the clinic. Manage clinic emails and respond to client enquires.
