3t is currently looking to recruit a First Aid Instructor on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK.

The Role
To deliver 3t's approved suite of courses within the technical subject area at our training centres, reflecting 3t’s business integrity and culture.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Deliver courses in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements.
2. Support customers during course delivery.
3. Obtain positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs.
4. Participate in standardisation and professional development events.
5. Support trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate.
6. Contribute to department growth through technical input, course development, and continuous improvement.
7. Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment.
8. Apply 3t and client’s HSE Policies and Procedures.
9. Adhere to all quality and operational procedures.
10. Maintain ownership of departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Preferred but not essential:
* Valid HSE or SQA First Aid certificate
* Assessor qualification
* Level 3 Teaching Qualification
* IOSH Managing Safely
* Frec 3 / 4
* Mental Health First Aid
Advantageous:
* Experience as a Medical Practitioner, Nurse, Paramedic, or similar, with offshore ERRV crew knowledge and prehospital care experience.
