Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We need proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM in an implementation or support role. We need a strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing or packaging environment. We need technical expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training. We need the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment. We need a willingness to travel frequently within the UK, with some travel in Europe. We need strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements. Experience with data migration, Power Platform, or Azure is a plus. We prefer candidates who are within commutable distance of Gainsborough and Spalding in Lincolnshire or willing to travel to these sites at least 3 times per week. Responsibilities: We support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems. We collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements. We provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and use of D365. We work closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure system performance, security, and compliance. We troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions. We travel to Gainsborough and Spalding to provide on-site support and training as needed. We ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. We assist in process automation and system enhancements to improve business operations.
