We are looking for a Housing Project Officer for a period for 24 months. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will prepare professional advice and guidance on housing strategy and supporting frontline housing activities. You will ensure effective project support of the Strategic Housing Board for County Durham and its related strategies including the Housing Strategy and the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy. You will support the team to help deliver and manage commissioned contracts that support vulnerable service users such as homeless people who require specific supported accommodation. You will support the team with the facilitation of partnership working relating to housing strategy and housing projects working in partnership with internal and external partners. You will provide professional advice and guidance on housing strategy and supporting frontline housing activities.
