Location: Colchester
Salary: £30,000£45,000 + OTE up to £6,600 (+ £2,000 EV Qualification Bonus)
Hours: MondayFriday 8:00am5:30pm, Saturdays on rota 8:00am1:00pm (1 in 3 as overtime)

Were looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our busy workshop. As a Vehicle Technician, youll work alongside skilled colleagues, carrying out vehicle health checks, servicing, and repairs to the highest standards. Youll use the latest diagnostic technology and have the opportunity to develop your skills with Hybrid & Electric vehicle training.
Your responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician will include:
* Conducting thorough vehicle health checks using modern diagnostic tools
* Performing vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines
* Carrying out authorised repairs and warranty work
* Road testing vehicles to ensure all issues are resolved
* Completing all relevant documentation accurately
Were looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician or experienced Mechanic with:
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
* Ambition, reliability, and a team-focused attitude
