Responsibilities
* Lead the Admin team within Whitburn Academy, managing and coordinating administrative operations and financial functions in line with West Lothian Council policies and procedures.
* Ensure services operate in an effective and efficient manner, including SEEMIS data input.
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Faculty Heads on SQA and timetabling needs.
* Work within the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme for regulated work with children and protected adults.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Relevant experience in school or educational administration and finance.
* Knowledge of SEEMIS or similar educational management systems.
* Strong organisational, communication and team‑leadership skills.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
* Will comply with PVG Scheme requirements prior to formal offer.
