Chef de Partie Opportunity at a 2AA Rosette Award-Winning Hotel
This wonderful hotel, featuring a 2AA Rosette award-winning restaurant, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade.
The Executive Chef and team maintain strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen to ensure menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. The menu offers traditional favorites alongside a range of contemporary dishes, with seasonal updates.
Main Duties
1. Follow daily procedures
2. Plan the daily running of kitchen sections
3. Communicate directly with the kitchen team
4. Carry out quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes
Requirements
* Experience in a 1AA Rosette establishment
* Passion and creative flair
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
* Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
* Experience leading a section and being a strong team player
* Bring fresh ideas and experience

This is a permanent position requiring a stable CV with excellent references. Candidates must be experienced with fresh produce, possess NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hold a hygiene certificate.
