Care Support Worker – North Walsham

Salary: £13.81 per hour (Days) plus enhancements.
Hours: 18.5 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours, up to 21.25 hours per week.
Location: Rose Meadow residential care home, North Walsham, North Norfolk.
Responsibilities
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan. You will build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participate in wellbeing events and activities, help promote a safe and engaging environment, respond to call bells and emergencies promptly, and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
