Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experiencedResidential Childcare Tutor / Assessorto deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to adult learners enrolled on Residential Childcare qualifications up to and including Level 5.
This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote delivery with occasional face-to-face visits depending on learner needs and location. Assessors will typically meet learners face-to-face up to three times per month (or if further afield twice per programme individualised on induction), with all other sessions conducted remotely via Teams.
Youll be responsible for supporting learners through every stage of their qualification, ensuring an engaging, supportive, and compliant learning experience that drives achievement and personal growth.
Qualified IQAs will be considered for £29,500 starting + car allowance.
