Non‑Negotiable Requirements of Engineering Supervisor
* Electrical or Mechanical Bias
* Must be willing to work in a hands‑on role within a tough industrial environment.
* Must have experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, or Armed Forces backgrounds (RAF, Navy, Army, REME, Aviation).
Essential Requirements of Engineering Supervisor
* Ability to lead and motivate an engineering team.
* Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
Desirable Requirements of Engineering Supervisor
* Previous experience within FMCG manufacturing.
