* Shift Pattern: Days (36 hours per week)

About the Role
To be employed in this role you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check. Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and offer a wide variety of shift patterns. Weekend working is a requirement, but we are flexible to fit your lifestyle.
You will work in our in‑store Pharmacies, where customers expect the same warmth and friendliness they receive throughout the store. You will be confident and relaxed when discussing personal health issues, quickly resolving customer problems, and guiding customers to the right products.
You will also be responsible for accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, driving awareness of our additional pharmacy services (e.g., Prescription Collection Service, Medicines Use Reviews), and supporting the Pharmacist with patient services such as blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes.
You will develop a full understanding of our strict Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to them. You will also collect customers’ prescriptions from their doctor's surgery and bring them to the store for collection.
We will help you become a star Pharmacy colleague: you will complete an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within six months and then train as a Dispensing Assistant to complete your pharmacy training.
