Key Responsibilities
* Draft, negotiate, and implement missives, leases, options, and development agreements
* Examine title and report to clients, preparing certificates of title for real estate finance transactions
* Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships
* Mentor and support junior team members in technical development
* Manage workload efficiently, professionally, and cost‑effectively, including accurate time recording and prompt billing
* Contribute to the overall success of the Commercial Property division and business development initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
* PQE 3+ years in commercial property
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
* Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and jargon‑free
* Strong client focus, personable, and confident
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
