Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the drafting of deeds relating to the creation, variation, and termination of trusts
2. Manage a caseload of trusts in administration, ensuring full compliance at all times
3. Carry out day-to-day trust administration, liaising with trustees, beneficiaries, and third parties
4. Monitor and manage trust assets, including financial accounts and investments, and liaise with investment managers
5. Maintain accurate trust records both internally and on HMRC’s Trust Registration Service (TRS), including registering new trusts
6. Oversee trust terminations, including preparing deeds of appointment, inheritance tax accounts, trustee statements, and distributions to beneficiaries
