Luxury hospitality brand with stunning offices in central London are seeking an experienced PA to support the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and ad hoc to the wider team. A varied, involved, autonomous PA role in which you will gain exposure to exciting projects for the brand and have the opportunity to progress. The ideally candidate will be immediately available for a July start date, be happy to be office based initially 5 days with the potential at a later stage for hybrid working.
Key responsibilities: •Extensive diary and inbox management.•Organising UK and international travel, visas and itineraries.•Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, retaining a high degree of confidentiality and building a strong rapport with all.•Organise and attend key meetings and events, preparing detailed meeting schedules, agendas and documents necessary.•Minute taking and follow-up action points with senior management and the Board.•Finance support; budget preparation, processing expenses and invoices.•Project Coordination; assist in planning and execution of projects, monitoring progress and follow-up on action points.Ideal candidate:•Two years solid PA experience at C-Suite level•Hospitality background (ideally but not essential)•Proactive, confident and highly organised, able to multi task•Excellent client communication and stakeholder engagement skills•Able to upwardly manage your COO and wider team, keeping all on trackAn excellent opportunity for an ambitious, confident, highly organised PA who enjoys undertaking projects and client engagement.
