What You'll Be Doing:
* Taking charge of classes during teacher absences, making sure students follow the set lesson plans
* Keeping students focused and behaviour in check to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
* Offering help and guidance to students as they work through their tasks
* Communicating effectively with teaching staff about student engagement and any challenges encountered
* Assisting with daily school duties such as supervising breaks and monitoring corridors
Who You Are:
* Experienced in working with children or teenagers - whether in schools, youth clubs, sports coaching, or community work
* Confident managing groups and maintaining a calm and respectful classroom environment
* Skilled at following instructions and supporting students to complete their work
* Reliable, punctual, and ready to adapt to the dynamic school setting
* A great communicator who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
