Joining the Performance Media Team, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day delivery of PPC activity, working with our internal and agency PPC experts, as well as our teams at Google and Bing, to deliver best in class PPC advertising for all product categories across Boots UK. The Performance Media team sits within our Marketing department and are responsible for driving forward the paid media strategy for Boots UK, covering performance marketing channels such as PPC, Affiliates, Display and Paid Social. Key Responsibilities: Measurement and analysis; Using web analytics tools and conducting competitor research to monitor performance and market competition, reporting back to the wider PPC team and agency to inform planning and optimisations Budget monitoring, looking at performance results and spend pacing against ROAS targets Planning of PPC activity, working with the PPC Executives to brief new PPC campaigns to the agency team based on the latest events and promotions, business priorities and wider marketing plans Building relationships with internal stakeholders across Media, Marketing, Ecommerce and Finance to understand business priorities and role of PPC in driving online performance Supporting PPC Executives and PPC Specialists in strategy planning, delivery of projects and day to day running of the accounts What you'll need to have: Proactive attitude, keen to get involved and bring new ideas Excellent communication skills and talented relationship builder, confident working with many different internal and external stakeholders at one time Great numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Strong organisational and time management capabilities A passion Paid Search and the ever-evolving world of Digital Marketing Why Boots: You'll be joining a company that is evolving and always looking to improve.
