Our client in Cirencester is an award‑winning producing house charity renowned throughout the UK for its unique and innovative approach to theatrical excellence and problem‑solving. They deliver the life‑changing magic of live performance and will now hire a new Head of Development and Fundraising.
Responsibilities
* Drive the organisation’s mission forward with creativity, energy and passion.
* Primarily cultivate relationships and secure funding with major donors – both existing and new – encouraging gifts at the five‑figure level and above.
* Manage a small team responsible for donors, sponsors, friends and partners.
* Contribute to the committed management team.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of fundraising success.
* Experience and knowledge in arts fundraising, with strategic thinking suitable for a senior leadership role.
* Ability to tell compelling stories to captivate donors for revenue and capital asks.
* Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker, matching the ambition and approach of the organisation and its leadership.
