Job Title: Marketing Project Manager Department: Marketing Reporting to – Head of Marketing Job Summary The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing activities, sales events, and internal communication initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals. The role manages end to end execution of assigned marketing projects, develops content for direct sales, supports divisional marketing teams, and ensures the intranet remains an effective and engaging communication platform. Performance and budget monitoring also form a key part of this role. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with DMMs to develop strategic and monthly marketing plans, including concepts, measures, synergies, timelines, and KPIs. • Support the creation of monthly offers such as Wurth A Look and catalogues, selecting the right media and materials for direct sales. • Manage full execution of assigned marketing activities from concept to print/distribution. • Ensure marketing processes and deadlines are followed; escalate issues where required. • Create marketing materials using STEP, Canva, and other tools when needed. • Publish and distribute marketing content via SPEEDY. • Work with key stakeholders to design and execute sales events such as Battle Days and Workout Week. • Develop and deliver internal cultural topics, initiatives, and dialogues to enhance employee connection. • Continuously improve intranet structure, visuals, and content; explore new tools and technologies. • Monitor results of marketing activities and collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities. • Support budget monitoring for marketing measures. Person Specification Skills & Competencies • Strong project management skills including planning, timelines, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and risk management. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to translate strategy into campaigns, content, and suitable media. • Confident using MS Office; graphic design skills desirable. • Skilled in internal communications and intranet content creation. • Analytical ability to interpret KPIs and monitor campaign performance. • Basic budget-controlling skills.
