Job Role
Our home in St Helens is a quiet residential setting with easy access to local parks, green spaces, shops and community amenities. It offers a calm, welcoming environment where individuals can feel comfortable and supported.
The home currently supports one individual and will soon welcome two more, making this an important period of transition. Staff play a key role in helping new residents settle in, establish routines and take part in meaningful activities that reflect their interests and preferences. The focus is on creating a positive, person-centred environment where individuals can thrive.
