Travel Mammography Technologist Job Details Location: White Plains, NY 10601 (Westchester County)
Healthcare Setting: Acute Care, Women's Imaging Department
Assignment Type: Travel healthcare contract
Start Date: November 3, 2025
End Date: February 2, 2026
Duration: 13-week travel assignment
Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (8-hour day/evening shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,830–$3,040 per week
Charting System: Epic EMR
Equipment: Hologic 2D & 3D Mammography systems
Parking: On-site parking available (nominal fee)
Mammography Technologist Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
ARRT (M) certification required
BLS certification (AHA) required
Experience with Hologic mammography equipment preferred
Ability to perform breast biopsies is a plus
Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations required (no exemptions)
Eligible for New York State licensure as a Mammography Technologist
Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality 2D and 3D mammography exams using Hologic equipment
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the imaging process
Assist with breast biopsies and other clinical procedures as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the Epic electronic medical record system
Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols in a clinical setting
