This is an incredibly rare role for the Midlands, and we're delighted to be working with one of our longstanding clients as they recruit this brand new position.
Our client sits within the software space and their rise has been nothing short of phenomenal. There's lots of exciting change happening at the moment and their focus is to bring on board someone to head up their community team, with the aim of turning users into advocates and brand ambassadors.
Duties:
* Lead the Community Team to support, engage and delight the Community
* Leading the lone on the community growth and engagement strategy
* Maximising the engagement of the community by using data to inform the content plans and campaigns
* Ensuring that all creative content campaigns are measurable against key results and are able to achieve objectives
* Collaborate with other teams to contribute towards community communications
* Collaborate with creative, customer service and product experts to ensure consistent, data driven tone of voice across all channels.
* Collaborating with the digital team to align communications within the community.
Experience:
Proven experience at managing large communities, ideally centred around a digital product suite such as games or software
Proven experience of growing large online communities
Experience at running global, localised campaigns
Creative Industry experience would be a benefit.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office (including Monday).
Salary £60-70,000 per annum
