Job Description
Role Purpose:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-driven team member to help shape extraordinary moments at the Williams Racing Experience Centre. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in coordinating and delivering a diverse range of premium events, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class and unforgettable experience. Main Duties:
* Process internal and external event bookings, maintaining accurate records
* Scope and confirm event programmes, including catering, timings, and logistics
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
* Manage the event diary and highlight concerns to the Events Manager
* Provide front-of-house event support and contribute to creative development of guest experiences
* Collate guest feedback and work on continuous improvement of standards and delivery
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent relationship management skills
* Maintain high attention to detail and a calm approach when working under pressure

* Works effectively within a team and can lead cross-functional groups when required

Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or hospitality
* Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills
* Basic budgeting and financial tracking understanding
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain high attention to detail
* Excellent customer service orientation
