Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Provide first‑point resolution for customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the benefit of the customer.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Assist with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilise product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
* Take a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store safety standards.
