The Opportunity
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll focus on strengthening and developing existing client relationships while learning how large organisations manage long-term partnerships. You’ll:
* Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of big name clients
* Acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported and informed
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
* Supporting account growth by identifying opportunities to add value
* Contributing ideas to improve client engagement and retention
