Letting Negotiator – Kilburn NW6
A well-established, successful, independent Estate Agency has a great opportunity for a Letting Negotiator based in NW London.
As a Letting Negotiator, you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across a range, including high-end properties, and be involved in the entire property letting process—from generating and carrying out viewings to negotiating and closing deals successfully.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email, and walk-in enquiries.
2. Arranging and conducting property viewings; effective diary management.
3. Negotiating offers, providing feedback to landlords, progressing lets, and liaising with tenants and landlords.
4. Working alongside the Lettings Administrator to ensure all lets are legally compliant and properly administered.
5. Canvassing.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
1. No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
2. Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
4. Enjoy working in a team environment.
5. A desire to progress and challenge oneself continually.
6. Experience is advantageous but not essential.
7. Car ownership and a valid UK Driver’s Licence.
This Lettings Negotiator position offers long-term career prospects. They will consider experienced negotiators but prefer someone starting their property career.
Working hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6:20pm
* Friday: 9am to 6pm
* Saturday: 10am to 4pm (with a morning off during the week, Tuesday or Thursday, and every third Saturday off)
Salary range:
£25,000 - £26,000 DOE + OTE £35,000 - £40,000
