Are you an experienced Transport Manager looking for an autonomous role where you can truly make an impact?
We're are looking for a candidate who is a hands-on Transport Manager to oversee and develop our clients day-to-day transport operations.

The Role
* Oversee the daily transport operation, ensuring efficiency and compliance
* Manage driver performance, compliance, and routing
* Ensure all transport activities meet legal and safety standards
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
* Fleet compliance
* Act as the key point of contact for transport-related issues
* Work closely with senior management to support business growth
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Transport Manager or senior planning role
* Valid Transport Manager CPC (essential)
* Strong knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of the operation
* Waste industry experience is ideal, but not essential
* Backgrounds in general haulage, logistics, or similar will be considered
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
