Role Title : Estates Supervisor

Location : Deeside

Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (Until April 2025)

Salary: £25,064-£26,388

We currently have a vacancy for Estates Supervisor with our Estates department within our Deeside Site.The successful candidate will undertake duties associated with supervising the estates staff based in Deeside and coordinate the estates services to ensure the provision of suitable teaching environments. To ensure the estate and facilities are operated in an efficient manner

Essential Requirements

1. Driving Licence

2. Proven experience in a similar role

3. Experience of motivating and supervising a small team

4. Demonstrate a good level of IT competence. Must be able to navigate the Internet and Intranets as well as being willing to learn how to use new IT packages and systems

5. Able to work as part of a wider team, and be flexible and adaptable when required

Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
