Accountable for technical service support to customers. Develops others’ understanding based on expertise; Coaches/Mentors other Field Service Reps. Recognized as an expert in a minimum of one area.
Education/Work Experience: Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or technical field. 3 + years technical experience. For Europe: Degree or equivalent required and 4+ years experience in industrial/mechanical environment. Water treatment experience preferred
Independence Level/Reports To: High level of independence. Normally would report to Area Manager or District Manager
