Overview: We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an IT L3 Apprentice. We have successfully employed apprentices in the past, and due to current demand and growth within the business they are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join the team.
Main responsibilities:
* Answering of calls
* Creating tickets
* Updating help system
* Helping to resolve IT tickets
* Setup of new IT equipment
* Administration of IT systems
* Creating new accounts
What we are looking for:Desired experience: The successful candidate should be-able to demonstrate a passion for IT and customer service.
Ideally having some experience/knowledge in some of the following areas/technologies will be highly beneficial:
* Remote support tools and monitoring
* Windows 10 to 11 desktop support
* Microsoft Office suite support
