The Role You will advise major commercial clients-including FTSE 100 companies and financial services institutions-on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Typical work includes: Day-to-day HR advisory matters (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, family leave, working time) Employment aspects of corporate and real estate transactions (including TUPE and outsourcing) Employment litigation in tribunals and civil courts Collective employment matters such as restructures and redundancies Internal investigations and regulatory compliance reviews You will be part of a top-tier UK Employment team, collaborating on complex, cross-border mandates while contributing to the continued expansion of the practice in the South West. The Ideal Candidate A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in employment law Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters Strong technical and commercial awareness Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships A collaborative and proactive approach What's on Offer?
