THE ROLE You’ll be the primary maintenance presence on site, managing the full range of preventative and reactive tasks across the facility. You’re on the tools, not behind a desk. Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across buildings, plant, equipment, furniture, fittings, and paintwork Log, manage, and complete maintenance requests through the CMMS (Maintenance Connection) Maintain accurate records of asset acquisitions, disposals, and maintenance activities Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Site Manager on budget planning and asset management Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff and contractors Ensure all activities comply with WHS legislation and BaptistCare policies ABOUT YOU You’re practical, proactive, and take initiative without being asked. You bring a genuine can-do attitude and the trade knowledge to back it up.
