PMO Analyst - Perm - Glasgow

To support the delivery of their ambitious change agenda, they’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join the central Project Management Office — providing critical support, structure, and insight across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of change, helping to shape how projects are governed, tracked, and delivered across the business.
In this role, you will:
✅ Support the planning, governance, and reporting of projects and programmes
✅ Provide high-quality analysis, insight, and reporting to senior stakeholders
✅ Maintain PMO tools, templates, and dashboards to ensure consistent delivery standards
✅ Partner with Project Managers and PMO Leads to support delivery excellence
What you’ll bring:
🔹 Experience within a PMO or project support environment (ideally in financial services)
🔹 Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
🔹 Confidence working with data, reporting packs, and project documentation
🔹 Proficiency in tools such as Excel, and MS Project (or similar)
🔹 A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in driving improvement
