Are you a Project Engineer looking for the next exciting step with a well-established, rapidly growing company known for training, development, and progression? This industry specialist company has a global client base and extensive product lines, supporting projects across various sectors.
In this role, you will coordinate testing equipment and projects involving rotating equipment, working to tight deadlines while maintaining quality and standards. A detailed understanding of rotating equipment, especially pumps and motors, and experience managing overhaul projects are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background in rotating equipment and full project lifecycle experience, ideally within Oil & Gas, nuclear, Petrochem, or water industries.
The Role:
* Manage projects from conception to completion, including field activities, workshop projects, and spares manufacturing
* Prepare quotations and tenders based on customer requirements
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and communication
* Prepare condition assessments and workshop reports
* Procure materials, spares, and third-party services to meet delivery deadlines
The Person:
* Qualified with experience as a Project Engineer, Manager, or Machine Shop Supervisor in an engineering environment, preferably in rotating equipment (pumps, motors, turbines)
* Ability to manage projects throughout their lifecycle
* Strong financial, commercial, and project planning skills
* Medically fit and able to pass security checks
* Seeking training, development, and progression within an industry leader
