We are partnering with a highly respected, independent medical communications agency to support the expansion of their senior leadership team through the addition of an experienced Client Services Director.
This is a strategic role for a senior client services professional who is looking to lead high-value global accounts, shape business direction, and contribute to the long-term growth of a well-established, values-driven organisation.
The successful candidate will:
* Provide senior leadership to strategically important client accounts across EU and US markets
* Develop and implement long-term client strategies to support account growth and retention
* Contribute to the agency’s leadership team and broader business planning
* Lead and support new business activity, including pitches and RFP processes
* Build, mentor and develop high-performing client services teams
* Maintain financial oversight of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue performance

The portfolio can be aligned to the successful candidate’s expertise and interests across:
Oncology, Cardiovascular, Rare Disease, Renal and Infectious Disease.
Applicants should demonstrate:
* Significant experience in a senior client services role within a medical communications agency
* Strong experience across publications and/or medical affairs
* Proven success managing global, high-value client accounts
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
