We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Medneo London Centre.
This is a hands-on role within the private healthcare sector, operating in a highly competitive and fast-paced diagnostic imaging market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new referral pathways, and securing partnerships that increase scan volume and utilisation.
This role goes beyond traditional sales. We are looking for someone who understands how patients access diagnostics today, across referrers, digital platforms, insurers, and self-pay, and can actively build and connect those pathways to our service.
You will play a key role in positioning Medneo within a busy and congested marketplace, identifying opportunities, and converting them into long-term, commercially viable partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing...
* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across private healthcare, diagnostic imaging, and corporate health markets
* Build and manage relationships with referrers, consultants, clinics, GPs, and key stakeholders to drive consistent patient flow
* Develop and grow partnerships with digital platforms (e.g. Scan.com), insurers, and other referral sources
* Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract completion
* Support the development of new revenue streams including health screening programmes, events, and community engagement initiatives
* Work closely with the Imaging Centre Manager to align commercial activity with operational capacity and utilisation
* Collaborate with the Associate Director to deliver growth strategies aligned to P&L performance
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics to identify new opportunities
* Develop business cases, proposals, and financial models to support growth initiatives
* Track performance against KPIs including revenue, utilisation, and contract acquisition, adjusting approach where required
* Support contract negotiations and ensure strong commercial terms across partnerships
* Represent Medneo externally at events and stakeholder meetings, strengthening brand presence and referral networks
About You...
* Proven experience in a business development, sales, or commercial role within healthcare, ideally diagnostic imaging or private healthcare
* Strong track record of generating new business, securing contracts, and delivering revenue growth
* Experience working with referral networks, including consultants, clinics, and/or digital healthcare platforms
* Commercially astute with a good understanding of financial performance, pricing, and utilisation
* Confident in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive, resilient, and results-driven, with a strong “can-do” attitude
* Ability to identify opportunities in a competitive and saturated market
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team strategy
