What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Head of PSHE. Bredon Hill Academy is organised in a similar way to a secondary school, with pupils benefitting from specialist teachers in specialist classrooms. The successful candidate would be responsible for delivering PSHE lessons to all pupils within the school.
Candidates are also welcome to apply for the additional leadership roles of Head of Year and/or Personal Development and Careers Lead as part of their application. Additional TLR payments are available for these roles. Please ensure the covering letter or personal statement explicitly references these roles should you be interested in applying for them.
