The Role
* Teaching a KS1 class with full planning and classroom responsibility
* Delivering engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development
* Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and inclusion
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS1
* Strong knowledge of phonics and early reading
* Enthusiastic, nurturing, and child-focused approach
* Committed to long-term consistency and positive outcomes
